Return of Online Purchases By Mail
If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for Kocomei USA purchases. In all cases, products must be returned in new or gently used condition.

Refunds & Credits of Online Purchases
We will issue a refund to your credit card for the full purchase price (including taxes) of any new or gently used item that you return within the returns window.
For returns by mail, please insert the copy of invoice where you can print in your account. It can take up to 15-30 days to process the return when you return by mail and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
When returning items by mail, please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately three to five business days to reflect any credits. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges when you return online purchases by mail. If you would like to make an exchange.
Outside of USA
Please ready to provide the detail images of product and reason why you want your refund. You can fill out the form to get refund at here. Don’t waste your international returning charge. You can get refund without returning the product if purchased from outside of USA. We always do our best to serve you.
Note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Kocomei USA. Kocomei USA reserves the right to limit or refuse a return. Kocomei USA will respect any additional return rights that you may have under applicable provincial laws, including any refund rights with respect to purchases made on Kocomeiusa.com.
